Free analytics calculators
Work out retention, funnel conversion and DAU/MAU from numbers you already have, with the range a small sample leaves open. Everything runs in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere.
Retention rate calculator
Work out what share of a cohort came back.
Funnel conversion calculator
Conversion, drop-off, and how many users you lost.
DAU / MAU calculator
The ratio of daily to monthly active users.
Use the same definitions as your analytics source
A calculator can only be as consistent as the numbers entered. Use counts from the same app, audience, timezone and completed reporting period. Do not combine users from one report with events from another and call the result a user conversion rate.
Treat small samples as a range, not a verdict
Retention and conversion results include a 95% interval. When the starting group is small, that interval stays wide because a few people can move the percentage sharply. Keep the count beside the rate when you share the result.
Note: Every calculation runs in this browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to Appnaly or stored.
Guides to these metrics
D1, D7 and D30 Retention Explained
Retention follows one group of users forward in time. What D1, D7 and D30 measure, how to calculate and read them, and why small or young cohorts mislead.
What Is a GA4 Funnel?
A funnel counts how many people get from one step to the next. How to read drop-off, and the mistakes that make a funnel say the wrong thing.
What Are Active Users in GA4?
Active users counts people who engaged during a period — not sessions, not opens, and not a running total. What the number includes and what it does not.
